Elder Monique Williams was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1984 and accepted the call into the ministry at age 16 under the pastorate of Bishop Fred Majors at Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church in Dayton, Ohio. Monique was ordained an Elder in the Lord's Church by Bishop J. Delano Ellis.

In recent years Elder Williams has exploded on the national scene and has been blessed to preach and teach throughout the country. She has been entrusted and anointed with a relevant and life changing Word that is setting captives free, destroying yokes and breaking chains. Elder Williams walks in a mixture of humility and apostolic boldness and recognizes that she has been called to the Kingdom for such a time as this. She is Married to Sr. Pastor Tony L. Williams and they together are raising a beautiful family. She also serves him and the River of life Family as Co-Pastor. Elder Monique Williams holds a Master's degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
